The following are the terms and conditions for use of the AuditPro Services Limited services including without limitation e-mail, classifieds and other services which may be offered from time to time by AuditPro Services Limited for use (each feature individually and collectively referred to as the 'Service').
Please read them carefully. This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
The Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
1. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant to AuditPro Services Limited that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
2. DISCLAIMERS/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information and services included in or available through the Service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. AuditPro Services Limited and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Service at any time.
AuditPro Services Limited does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
AuditPro Services Limited does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the Service or the materials made available as part of the Service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold AuditPro Services Limited its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service.
4. PAYMENTS
If you wish to pay the Service using a card, you will be redirected to a third-party payment processing platform (Link4Pay) to complete your purchase. Link4Pay provides a secured platform which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI Level 1 Certified). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Once you leave our website or you are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by our terms of service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
5. REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS
No Refund will be given for the Service provided by AuditPro Services Limited once an engagement has been signed and invoice has been raised.
Credit Cards permit Chargebacks as per VISA and MASTERCARD rules. Any online transaction can/may also be revoked or refuted by a card holder via his card-issuing bank for specific reasons.
6. TERMINATION
You acknowledge and agree that AuditPro Services Limited may, with notice, suspend or terminate the Services if you engage in any conduct or activities that AuditPro Services Limited, in its sole discretion, believes to violate any of the Terms and Conditions or rights of AuditPro Services Limited, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
AuditPro Services Limited reserves the right to change the policies regarding the Service at any time and to notify you.
